Accessibility
We endeavour to ensure access is uncomplicated for all visitors regardless of any disability and we are committed to continually improving accessibility at The Beatles Story for all visitors.
LIFT UPDATE NOVEMBER 2024
Unfortunately, our entrance lift is currently out of order which may affect any visitors requiring accessibility access. The main entrance to our exhibition is located at an underground level and access is via approximately 20 shallow steps.
Our Maintenance Team are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please get in touch with our Guest Experience Team at guestexperienceteam@beatlesstory.com if you wish to discuss this further and this page will be updated with further information.
Wheelchair access
For any questions regarding accessibility please contact our Guest Experience Team at guestexperienceteam@beatlesstory.com
Our main lift has size restrictions for certain wheelchairs and we also have restrictions on how many wheelchairs are allowed into the exhibition at any one time. Please call in advance of your visit on 0151 705 6621 for further advice on these restrictions.
Please note this number is for bookings for wheelchair access only. For any general enquiries please contact us at sales@beatlesstory.com and any bookings for tickets should be made online.
