To obtain a special group and trade rate, groups must be pre-booked in advance via email at sales@beatlesstory.com or by contacting the Sales Team on (0)151 705 6618. Please note, groups of 50 plus will be split to ensure ease of access into the exhibition and booked in 15-minute intervals.
Group Leaders and Coach Drivers will be admitted into our attraction free of charge and The Beatles Story also will provide a free hot drink to all coach drivers/group leaders in our Fab4 Cafe at the Albert Dock on production of their group entry ticket and ID.
The Beatles Story can be especially busy on key dates during the high season where limited capacity may apply. To cater for your group booking, we strongly recommend contacting us at least 6-8 weeks in advance of your visit.
Coach drop off points are located within 50 meters from The Beatles Story. There are several car parks on the dock and disabled parking bays. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our dedicated Guest Experience team of staff and please have your ticket confirmation available.
The Beatles Story is open 8 days a week (well almost!) We are only closed on December 25 and 26 each year. Our opening times are subject to change. Please visit our opening times page for further details or email our Sales Team on sales@beatlesstory.com.
We want your group to enjoy the whole of The Beatles Story experience. The visit can take anything from 1-3 hours to go around the main exhibition however the average visitor takes approximately an hour and a half. Please allow some time at the end of your visit for your guests to relax in our Beatles-themed Fab4 cafe and to explore our Fab4 Souvenir Store.
Multimedia guides are included within the ticket price and are available in 12 languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Polish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and Brazilian Portuguese.
The Beatles Story has a Fab4 Cafe situated at both sites at the Albert Dock and the Pier Head which are open all year round (apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day, December 25-26). The Fab4 Cafe is the perfect place to relax and re-fuel after your visit to the attraction. With access to free WIFI, it is also the ideal place for a business meeting or lunch and can be hired for private out-of-hours events.
The Beatles Story attraction provides an educational, yet fun day out for all the family. Our Discovery Zone includes a range of fun interactive activities for all the family with free children's workshops taking place on various dates throughout the year. Whatever the age, there's lots to do for all the family
The Beatles Story is accessible for guests requiring access for wheelchairs, pushchairs and hearing loops. If you are planning a trip to our exhibition and you have accessibility requirements please visit our Accessibility page for more information. Our lift has size restrictions for certain wheelchairs and we have restrictions on how many wheelchairs are allowed into the exhibition at any one time.
